It's getting headlines all the time.  In this case, he seems to have misspoken.  If Trump is going to go down this road of calling Biden senile, he better make sure he is very careful about never misspeaking himself.

That's at least the second time he's switched around the numbers, not counting the debate where he said something like "100s of millions of people have died due to lack of healthcare". 

It's like he has dyslexic memory.  Hard to argue you aren't mentally deficient when you can't keep a couple of simple numbers straight.

I don't doubt what you're saying. But if Trump is going to make mental acuity a campaign issue, he better watch what he says very carefully.
