Clemson had, I think, 37 players test positive and no hospitalizations.
Maybe consider a redshirt exemption for players who are at risk (diabetic, asthma, etc.) to sit out, and let everyone else play. I think their risk from Covid could be less than the injury risk they take every time they step on the field.
If they are going to cancel college football, then I'm not sure how the NFL plays.
That all sounds nice and dandy, but if a player dies of covid*, the NCAA will be super fucked.
*I realize the odds are that a player will not die, but if theres even a small chance, they won’t take that risk. They won’t just say “well the odds of you dying from an injury are way more than dying from covid, so game on!”
