Dads buy white New Balances because we spend so much on our kid's shoes. Just picked up an ugly ass pair of Adidas Ultraboosts that my 14 year old "had" to have.

I just got a pair of those in January.  They were a prize, though, because I wasn't spending that kind of money on them.

How'd you get them so cheap?

Finally grew up. Got a king size bed and frame. Should be here in a week or so.

Bed got in. Set it up last night. Supposed to give it 24-48 hours to settle or whatever.

Looking forward to a big bed.

Raspberry Pi (3 B+) arrived, and I finally got around to setting it up as our new media center last night.  Watched a few episodes of The Office with the wife, just to test it out.  So far, so good.

Who's blowing money!?

I'm moving Saturday so money is flying everywhere. I just bought a Tuft & Needle Mint mattress after having rather cheapo mattresses my entire life. Didn't we have a mattress thread? I'm really hoping it works out, I researched the hell out of it. The amount of bed in box options out there is insane.

Got rid of our Keurig.  Got a nice Mr. Coffee coffee maker and a pump carafe instead.

The quality of coffee has gone up in the house.

Ticket package to the MLB All Star game this year. $800 total for the wife and I to attend all the events.  I'm pretty pumped.

I just bought a Sling package.

This marks the first time I will have ever paid for television, but they had a deal for the first month, and even the regular rate is pretty reasonable, based on how I'd be watching anyway, so I figured I'd see how much I enjoyed it.

Anybody else try it?  What did you think?

We've had a Mint mattress for over a year and we love it.

I spent an insane amount in May. Two weddings, three day music festival, three day weekend in Indy for the 500, booked a trip to Vegas for October. 💸😳😩

I'm really trying to lock it up in June.

I’ve had Sling since the week it was launched. About 4.5 years ago.

Love our Tuft & Needle mattress. We've had it for 2 years now.
