BP one of the most selfish baseball players I have seen

In some ways...yes, but he also never bitched when he was always moved to a diff spot in the lineup to fill a need.

But one could argue he did that to feed his own ego and give him the go ahead to swing from his heals for HR when he was in the 4 hole

Makes a living exploiting college athletes? You mean covering them and announcing their games? 

 

He's the one who claims college athletes are "exploited." Yet, his income depends on these "exploited" athletes. If he cared so much about them, he'd do something more about it.

If I were a vegan, I wouldn't work for a slaughterhouse. There's a difference in covering athletics and being cringe-worthy obsessive that ESPN is. The college athletic business wasn't "exploitative" until ESPN made it such.

Maybe hate is a strong word, but he always bugged me.  He was a good actor, no doubt, and I enjoyed many of his films.  Just never cared for him when he was speaking off-the-cuff.
