Superman: 7/10
Good not great. Too much dog, not enough Superman winning. They also took a lot of liberties in the audience knowledge. I think enough on Superman, but we got nothing on Lex Luthor.

People who like Superman like the Henry Cavill showing up to just absolutely destroy Steppenwolf in Justice League. I mean sure some kryptonite difficulties but for the most part people love Superman because of his morals and the fact that he is WAY overpowered.
No one wants to see a Superman movie where Superman gets the crap kicked out of him for most of it.
Happy Gilmore 2. Entertaining for what it was.
Happy Gilmore original 10/10
Happy Gilmore 2-5/10, funny and nastalgia but that’s it.
Fantastic Four-8/10, actually really good one of the better MCU movies in awhile.

Agreed on Fantastic Four. I liked it. It also helps it was just under 2 hours.
HG2 was good….the cast is so crazy the movie almost needs to score at least an 8.
50 First Dates 7/10

Just curious but if it was funny and nostalgic, why only a 5/10? That’s probably exactly what they wanted it to be.

I disagree. I am a huge Superman fan, and absolutely loved this. Superman is strong, but this was only 3 years into his existence on Earth. He hasn't figured out his full potential yet. I think that is where Zach Snyder missed the boat, he didn't leave room for growth.
I was sure I would hate happy Gilmore and tried not to watch it, but my wife was insisting In watching it together. I actually liked it and and lol’d several times which I usually don’t do. I did have a few gummies before watching tho.
jurassic world rebirth - 7/10. you know what you're getting with these movies now. this was pretty nicely executed
superman - 4/10. story is meh, the guy playing luther sucks and i wanted to physically strike the actress who plays hawkgirl when she did her save the day scream.
happy gilmore 2 - 9/10. great cameos. great callbacks. the new jokes were well executed. everything you wanted this movie to be it was. John Daly was the star of the movie.
Animal House for the first time in probably 20 years. It surprised me how well it held up.

First rate film. Good writing like that is hard to find in comedy.
Final Prayer (The Borderlands out of America, I guess). Slow-burning religious folk horror from 2013 that goes for creepy atmosphere and then slams one hell of an abrupt ending into the mix that pretty much defines "in the belly of the beast". A fair bit of cosmic horror, especially towards the end. Pretty solid, even if it's found footage and is about 90% atmosphere and 10% stuff happening until the exorcism lead-in to the ending.
Basically religious investigators go to a remote British church to research the validity (or lack thereof) of a potential miracle (stuff moving on the altar by itself) and find out that what is going on is way far beyond their ability to do anything about.

What would you rate this?

For me, 8/10. But I like cosmic horror and stuff that is, I guess surreal and creepy. Other peoples' opinions might be different because it is a slow paced movie that's pretty subtle, at least until the end. Might not quite be up to the level of, say, Banshee Chapter, for creepy cosmic horror stuff, but I was satisfied by the end of it.
If you don't mind the limited commercials, it is free to watch on Tubi, so there's that, too.

It was a little too goofy/off the wall but I’m willing to be wrong.
