I like them a hell of a lot better than 5/3 who my mortgage is through.
Most banks are trash and lots of people who work at them are incompetent.
posted by Laley23Those who have received, did you file 2019 yet?
Im late to answering this but yes I filed 2019.
We use US Bank and USAA. No complaints.

Never had a problem with 5/3 to be honest. We did our first mortgage through them, and Ive banked with them forever. Had a car load through them as well.

I use USAA for as much as possible. They've been great.
Can't use them for mortgage, though. My house cost less than their minimum for a mortgage.
One of my favorite things in the world is when people say “X corporation is awful” when they had one bad experience.
Ive banked with 4 banks, and they’re all fine, and they’ve all boned me in some way. Love when people say “chase is a terrible bank!!” Because one time their debit card didn’t work lol

I had one loan with them, but it was more than one problem.

I’m not really addressing anyone in particular. Just lol at the “McDonald’s sucks” because they forgot to give you napkins when you specifically requested napkins.
Still nothing. Gotdammit.

Concur.
Ive had three total banks in my life.
My small local one I got rid of when I moved as I want a bank I can easily walk in to, and it was just too slow to adapt to online/mobile banking.
Huntington has been good to me, albeit its only been a couple of years.
Chase bank was very poor when I was looking to buy a house the second time. I dont blame the bank, but the mortgage officer as she was TERRIBLE. Never would return calls or emails. Just would plain ignore me but with her being the face of their loan dept it looks poorly on Chase as a whole.
Realtor suggested Huntington and that lady there was phenomenal.
At the end of the day it really comes down more to the actual employee you get than the actual institution.
After adding DD info, how long until you get a deposit date update?

Did you reach out to your bank?
I did not.
Has anyone who checked the IRS website and got the following message actually received their payment?

I've been checking since the site went live. Entered DD info day 1 and then that message.
I'm wondering if it actually updates to show a date.

That's what my husband gets. He normally owes each year, and he has not gotten his money and can't seem to get any further information.
I think we figured it out. We never get a refund, so they don't have our direct deposit on file. Derp.

That's what I got when I tried that site, but I owe every year, so I figure I'll be in the "cut a check" crowd instead of the direct deposit one.
