Couldn't figure out how to do that with the message we were getting. It seems like you can only enter your info when it says "We need more info" not when it says "We don't fucking know."

Unless I'm wrong and someone can clarify, my wife does all of our taxes so she was the one trying to figure it out.

Mine told me we'd be receiving a check since we had never done direct deposit and allowed us to enter it.

Maybe they changed in the last few days, but I'm in the same boat as justin. I'll try again today.

May be getting closer to adding a shower to our half bath in the house. Have someone willing to come check it out and give us an estimate.

This will be a relief.

For those of us (me, Justin, BRF at least) who've gotten that "Deeerrrrrrrrppppppp...we don't know what's what with you?!!!" message, this article has a bit of insight -- https://finance.yahoo.com/news/stimulus-check-tracker-whats-payment-131737776.html

One of the reasons given is simply that they're still adding people to the tool, so if you're in the same category as me (and, I think, Justin) and pay at this time, they're probably still putting together info as to when you'll be getting the physical check. Which I think I read comes out in inverse order of your financial status, so poors get their check first and people at the top end of the spectrum won't get there's until, I think, late summer or early fall. At least, they're saying people get added to that tool on a daily basis, so I guess we'll have to keep checking to see what's happening.

Which means that whenever I get mine, I'll have to wait a little while to say I did in order to look more successful! Or just be like Tiernan and brag I'm so loaded I didn't even get anything. While completely blowing my cover because I'm acting like crab salad is the be-all, end-all feast for us elites.

Same here.

LOL, at Heretic's Tiernan comment.

I guess the people who posted that they got their checks tipped their hand on how well off they are. ;-)

I might start saving up for a motorcycle. There will be used ones in abundance next winter/spring if Sturgis goes on as planned.

I finally was able to get beyond the "payment status is unavailable" message.  It took me to a page where it said I am eligible, but needed more info for my banking information.  So the following page I had to enter my grossed adjusted income from my tax return, the amount I was refunded/owed, and my banking information.   The next page I received the following message:

"You have successfully submitted your bank account information. Your payment will be direct deposited into your bank account using the information you provided."

I had my taxes filed on 15 April, so maybe you all are close to being added to the system.

Looks like we were in the same wave as you, we just got the message that we're eligible but they need our deposit info.

I was able to do mine today, also. Your description is exactly what I experienced, although I had to use my 2018 info because I haven’t filed my 2019 tax return yet.

Reps for paying attention and helping me find my way through this stuff. So I'm on the "will be deposited" list now!

I was able to enter my information as well. I wonder when we will get our deposits?

Well, all $2400 went to a 529 for our daughter. Wife’s call, not mine....I was hoping for some new golf equipment.
