I am up at 4-4:30 every day, daily man routine surfing the net then coffee. Usually in my office by 5:00 to work on estimations and send emails. Usually out of the house by 6:30 and back home around noon to work on material estimations. Repeat through Friday.
Wake up at sunrise. Make a coffee. Walk down 13 stairs to the basement office. Turn on company computer. Work. Make more coffee. Morning constitutional. Make more coffee. Read Ohiochatter.com. Work.
Get up at 4:30, check my work e-mails, go downstairs and feed the cats & dog, make coffee, pack lunch, eat, shower, take the dog back upstairs into the bedroom with my girlfriend (so the a-hole doesn't wake up the house), leave for work.

Shower, shave, etc...out the door by 6:45
At office at 7:00 - work all day.........
Rinse, repeat
Up around 5:50, shower, breakfast, coffee, and a quick check of the news while eating.
I'm out of the door by 6:20 or so. In the office between 7:15-7:30 depending on traffic.
Alarm at 6:45, up around 7:10, get ready and help get baby up, leave by 7:45, in at 8:00 if lucky.
up at 6:00am, no alarm needed...S,S &S, kiss wife, feed cat, out the door by 6:45...in office between 7:00-7:10, make a pot of coffee, then begin my day.
Up between 7:00-7:30, depending on what the day holds. Shower. Dress. Get my little man ready. Out of the house between 8:15-8:30.
Up around 7, depending on when my wife is out of our bathroom. Shower if I didn't shower the night before. Quick breakfast. Out the door around 7:30.
Wake up at 7:35. Log on for work around 7:50. I don't eat breakfast.
My dog usually sleeps until 9:30 or 10 and then we make our first trip downstairs for the day.
I get up around 8:55, walk upstairs to my office and login by 9. After my morning meetings I'll grab something to eat usually around 10.
I get up whenever the fuck I feel like it. I enjoy being retired.

Retired here. I like to get up between 6 and 6:30 AM, so I can have some coffee and watch the news with my wife before she heads off for work. Come to think of it, I like getting up then just so she knows she as to go to work and I don't. :)
Then it's check email, look for voiceover auditions, and play my drums until lunch time.
12:30 - Stop for lunch and watch the noon news with the wife (she's five minutes away and always comes home fo lunch)
Up between 5:30 and 5:45.
Grab some coffee, get on the computer, knock out work projects I'll not get done at the office due to interruptions.

Shower, head to work.
Home around 6.
More early birds than I thought!
I'm up at 5 everyday [though I sleep in til 6:30 usually once a week. I have at least one long day at the office or an event that prevents me from my nomal bed time], then either head to the gym or out on a run/cycle for some exercise. Usually home by 630ish, shower, dressed, out the door for work by 7 am.
Get to work between 7:20-8:15 depending on traffic but usually there by 745.At work until 6-6:30 most days, usually home by 7 and in bed by 9.
