It is not a bum fuck county; it has a population of nearly 1.5 million people (larger than any Ohio county); home to Tampa.

Curfews are about the dumbest fucking idea to deal with this. Tell people they'll be arrested if they're out past 8 or 9pm, and everyone is going to be out getting their shit done before the curfew kicks in, likely being around more people in the process. Consolidating the number of hours for outdoor activity, and banning fucking dog walks after 9pm is the dumbest shit I've seen so far.

Whoever is responsible for implementing this needs bags of dog shit flung on his/her lawn nightly.

Does it mean Carole Baskin can't walk her cats?

I've had symptoms for a couple of weeks but I'm passing it off as sinuses. Have had a cough for a while but my strength is still high in the weight room, have energy, etc.

Shit is getting strange out there

”Hillsboro County Florida enacted a curfew from 9 p.m. till 5 a.m. was specifically asked if people would be allowed to walk their dogs. said anybody who was out walking their dog during curfew would be ticketed and or arrested. Because walking your dog was non-essential.”

Looks like the sort of overreaction caused by having no effective leadership from the top in that state. DeSantis has been about as slow and incompetent as anyone responding to this, so some county decided to implement some amazingly 1984-style "we control you" shit because the only logical response to one extreme is the opposite extreme!

So a bunch of jackasses have gather to protest MI quarantine orders.

Going to be interesting because I've been hearing the orders may not be enforceable/constitutional.  I don't know if martial law has ever been declared (if that's a thing), but it sounds like maybe the orders are "guidelines" and anyone arrested would win in court.

This could snowball as the weather gets nicer if people decide "you can't arrest me I'm doing what I want".
