The boyfriend of a girl I work with works in healthcare and had a fever. Got tested, came back negative. She's saying the doctor still told her to quarantine for 14 days. This is BS right?

Summary from press conference for those of us who did not watch it?

There was a good recount of everything that has happened to get the record straight.  Trump orders travel shutdown before there was 1 U.S. death (despite getting ridiculed by the left and called a racist etc.) all while being impeached.  Fauci states that every time he asked for mitigation efforts and additional mitigation efforts Trump said yes.  So on one hand, Trump uses his instincts to shut down travel before any deaths, thereby savings thousands of lives; on the other hand every time the scientists asked for anything, he concurred. 

How the damn media can screw all that up is a mystery, unless you realize they are the enemy of what this country stands for, or used to.

Let me help you:  on one hand the media says he did not act soon enough (even though he did), and termed it racist when he did act.  Then, the media said he did not follow the science, even though he did as attested to by Dr. Fauci.  So yes, the media is wrong, again, as usual.  And the fact that the media self identifies as 90% liberal is a real problem for this country, as well as their personal, vindictive hatred of the president.

PS - The political ‘journalists’ should be barred from the pressers, in favor of medical and health journalists.  Then we might get real questions.

Hey, if that means we ban the politicians from the conferences in favor of just letting the medical and health experts talk, so we get real answers consistently, I'm down with that!

University of Cincinnati just dropped their men's soccer program. First thing people are blaming is Covid-19. Crazy that's even a consideration.

Went on a 3 day news cleanse. Got caught up this AM.

We have my nieces birthday party tomorrow. We are going along with grandpa and other cousins. Staying in our own cars, parking on the side of the street and signing happy birthday to her as she walks down the sidewalk. Then driving home. OH THE HUMANITY OF A PARADE!

And O-Trap may have a mutant kid if staying cooped up isn’t killing his family. We have an 11mo old so it’s fine, but his cousins are 4 and 2, and they just throw tantrums all day because they can’t do anything. I don’t know how a parent of a toddler is able to survive this with their sanity.

Don't you understand? If there is one guy qualified to point out what media is unfairly biased and what media is spot on, it's the site's most biased person who is mentally incapable of looking at anything from a stance other than "if I agree, it's right; if I don't agree, IT'S A LIE!!!!!!!!!!!"

I don't know anything about this particular situation, but it made me think of a question I've had for a long time.  Why is it so important for D1 schools to have as big an athletic department as it can afford.

Dude, that's the state department that issued the warning.  You know, some people call the state department the "Deep State" department.  The Deep State conspiracy crowd has been warning us for three years to not trust anything from US intelligence nor the Deep State.  So how are we to believe this?
