I don’t care how u feel about the issue. Showing up to a 7-12 school with pictures of aborted fetuses is wrong. I’m all for freedom of speech but this was rediculous. And they were wearing body cams so they could sue our school if we infringed on their rights. I don’t care what literature u pass out to adults but middle schoolers should not see this without a parent. 

The problem is that this is a subjective position.  So I really don't see a logically defensible position for saying anyone "should not" see this under any circumstances involving being on public land.

However, it's absolutely immoral that they're attempting to use capricious shock value to lend support to their position.  It's shameless, sophomoric, and transparent.

Lets not forget the bill of rights is a limit on federal power.  It should not restrict local governments from instituting reasonable restrictions as they see fit. The lefts lust to use federal power empowers the right to do the same in the name of the constitution and vice versa.  Its a two way street.  If the local school district does not want them on their property they should be able to kick them off..  If they don't care and you don't like it address your grievance to your local school board.  If that don't work get your children out.

Not supposed to, but they functionally do all the time.

Depending on circumstance (well-known politician coming to town, for example), certain sections of public property can, and will, be roped off and free speech/assembly/etc. will be relegated to designated "zones."

Moreover, while the gun laws in certain cities are not necessarily du jure bans, they end up being de facto bans in many cases.

Whether it should or it shouldn't is a different discussion, but there's precedent.

Never said it did.  What do you think sanctuary cities are?  Its local government flipping the federal government off.  The constitution pits governmental authorities against themselves its the balance of powers.  The last thing you want is a centralization of power.

The right of free speech does not give you a right to infringe on others and disrupt their daily activities.  There is a place for for that. Forcing yourself on someone is not free speech.

I was trying to understand not call you out. I’m not familiar with this area of law honestly
