Curious what kind of wallet everyone is carrying. I've been carrying a larger wallet that holds a Field Notes notebook, but it's starting to annoy me now that I don't leave the house for long enough to need a notebook. Not sure what kind of wallet I want to go with now, kinda thinking just a sleeve that'll hold a card, license, and a few bills.

Whatever the kind that folds in half, but then has another fold vertically when opened.

Metal money clip. Only carry license, a couple of cards, and small amount of cash. Only thing I don’t like is if I only have one bill it gets too loose.

I have a simple three pocket clip....D/L, 5 cards, plus medical/dental/drug card, and auto insurance card.  And some loose bills.

Years ago, I started carrying it in one of my front pockets after being advised that on a couple of international trips.

I use the minimalist type wallets, but they can be a little annoying in Europe since it’s so cash heavy.

I had a large traditional wallet for 10 or so years and in the last year moved over to the thin Tactial Gear minimalist wallet.

I had a Slimmy wallet but it started to stretch out to the point where my cards would fall out.

about a year ago I got one of these and it's been fine https://saddlebackleather.com/leather-wallet-card

I don't think I could go back to sitting on a wallet

Anyone have the phone case Wallet? My brother does that but it terrifies me even tho I haven’t lost my phone in a long time. It would suck to lose my phone and cards all at once. I lost my wallet last year in an Uber and never got it back.. that sucked

That's nice.  I so rarely use cash anymore that's it's probably time to ditch the money clip.

They are a bit pricey, but amazing quality. Shitty if you're a cash person though. I rarely am, so it works well.

I almost never have cash on me, so that's not a problem at all.

I will say when I travel to major cities or countries, I go with the magnetic clip thingy. Just CC, some cash and DL if America (no ID if overseas). Leave all the other stuff from wallet/passport in the hotel safe.

I've got 2 that I use depending on what's going on.

My everyday wallet is this one:

Holtz Leather Co. - Gates

If I'm travelling, I don't use cash, so this is what I use:

Hell Bent Holsters - 2.5 without money clip

Curly J

Self Pwner in Training.

I use a tri-fold. It's close to 20 years old, but not falling apart. I only keep a couple of things in it besides money. (If The Wife gives me money) I've been using a pouch on my phone for my ID and Cards.
