My understanding was he didn't have a heart attack, but he had blockage hence the need for a stent.
He's still pretty young for a stent, but hardly surprising given all his other risk factors. Most men his age aren't seeing a doctor, and those are the undiagnosed people that die surprisingly in their early/mid-40's.
TMZ is normally spot on with this shit, so hopefully it is true.
