1) touching it
2) not washing hands before or after simply for the sanitization of the mask
3) reusing disposable masks
4) not washing non disposable

I think this is how it is on social media for everything now. Not one topic can come up without people going (as 50 Cent would say) "butt ass" over it. Twitter, Reddit, and the like truly are sewers. I am trying to ween myself as I feel like I die inside a tiny bit after I read the stupidity therein.
I just refuse to engage. It gets you nowhere. Here, along with another forum I frequent, is about a in depth as I'll get on any subject in an online space.

Agreed. The tone here is reasonable. I just cannot stomach people who talking about things they no nothing about - with very strong opinions to boot. Friends and family members are some of the worst. I'll read something and then think to myself "remember to punch that rat bastard in the face when you see him at Thanksgiving."
My county, Licking county just went level 3 mandatory masks in public. I don't think this will go over well with this county's population.
My home county, Scioto, is also a level 3. They have no hospitalizations, so that is good at least.
I saw via the Covid tracking project that deaths were 955 today, which is starting to tick back up again. Just a few weeks ago we were under 400 a day.

Any type of leadership has been absent from the very beginning. Even DeWine - who many admired from the start - has resorted to going on TV now and basically saying “come on guys please wear a mask?”
I’ve always wondered how things would look if from the very beginning Trump’s message was to distance, wear a mask, and let’s get through this together. Instead he’s clashed with Fauci, the WHO, state governors, etc. It’s monkey see monkey do with his voters.

If you want an example, look at Maryland now. We went heavy shutdown early on and are now slowly opening, but masks are required. We are having a lot less cases than Ohio as a result now. MD and Ohio used to be on the same level, but then DeWine made masks optional and Hogan made them mandatory. Our cases went down, yours are up.
I went out and had dinner and drinks tonight, with distancing and masks of course. It was fine, no problem and everyone was wearing masks.
I do agree that if we all got on the same page back in May when the numbers were low instead of people getting the impression we were past this thing, we may be in a better place. Instead, people are being selfish, ignorant and we may lose football and other nice things.

It's hardly just Trump supporters not wearing masks.
Miami Beach - which is the global epicenter right now - is apparently partying every night with complete disregard for social distancing and masks. I doubt very many of them vote for Trump.
LA is almost as bad. Good luck finding a Trump voter in that crowd.
