"That outfit over there" could have been a lot of things. Mainly I think it was probably a Mafia family he was referring to. Back in its heyday, Al Capone's operation was called the "Chicago Outfit". Perhaps Biden was thinking of this or one of the five New York families. But don't forget that Tattaglia is a pimp, that he could never have outfought Santino, but that it was Barzini all along.

I personally enjoyed him saying that if we keep it up maybe we can have a cookout on the 4th of July, as if we haven’t been doing that since last July 4th. I can’t imagine that there are people who haven’t actually participated in society for a year (besides SNL and twitter commenters).

Reddit is actually full of these people, too. Some of the parenting threads are infuriating and I feel bad for the kids. “My sister isn’t taking quarantine serious and wants us to come over! My kids haven’t been out of the house in a year except we drove by their cousins house once and went to the pharmacy but only as a last resort!! Why can’t people just stay home, this is why we’re in this mess.”
Those threads are really common. And there’s hundreds of people agreeing with it.

I took it like your parents yelling at you I'll turn the car around if you act up anymore kind of look. Dewine also kind of mentioned it last week as well. We are near the end, but has a very parents feel, don't screw this up vibe to it.
It was a fine address, which is the point. It was not a trainwreck or the greatest ever. It was boring and run of the mill.
