I basically trust no one in politics above the local level. I like that Vance was in the military and that he had suck ass parents and often raised by 60 year olds that were out of touch and he made it, being in the schools it’s not greatly common. I like that he’s not beyond the prime of his life.

If you do a search history online for Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation and Kevin Roberts, I am pretty sure you are going to get a lot of hits before the debate.
The NYT did a long interview with him in January. It did go viral post debate, but it out there well before.
The Heritage Foundation is not some fringe hogwash. They are the republican think tank in DC. Kevin Roberts goes on Fox News and Fox Business a lot. He spoke at the Convention last week and even about Project 2025. Look it up.
To answer your last question, no. As in Trump has previously mentioned it in speech, look that one up.
He also will be employing people in his administration that had a hand in the Project or have views in favor of it. So while he may not like some parts of it, there will be officials from places like Heritage, that will try and implement it.
Some time ago I brought up The 65 Project which is a group going after Trump's lawyers. Because apparently everybody is supposed to get equal treatment under the law and legal representation under the law - except Trump. I don't recall anybody caring about it too much.
But now we are supposed to care about some groups fap dream because it doesn't want to pay for programs like Head Start.
As for implementation, the only Project that is engaging *right now" is 65 Project.

Well, I actually went to the site and have read a goodly portion of it so far. The example that I have is just one of the things that I have read so far in the tabs i have looked at. I haven't finished looking at it yet and might not because there is a lot of content there. From what I have read so far it seems to be taking aim at entitlements.
Maybe try looking into it yourself instead of trying to take issue with what somebody else has summarized from it so far?
But look, if you are only interested in uninformed snark, I probably shouldn't try to stop you because that will make the coming days that much more fun for me.
