The voting stinks, if you can only vote for 3 people. That leaves a lot of room for folks to argue players over coaches (as it appears is the case here).

Speaking of teams like the Browns/Jets, one of the funnier things I've seen on social media was about how, in a recent interview, Mendoza said this past college season has gotten him addicted to winning.
So someone posted something along the lines of "The Raiders are going to help a young man overcome his addiction; good for them!"

I like Reich and Glenn but the talent they need to win isn’t there
The cupboard is pretty bare, but there is some young talent on the team. The Oline is pretty good. An utter void at QB, but Breece Hall is good, Garrett Wilson is good, Mason Taylor (TE) looks like he might be decent. I don't know if Adonai Mitchell will be any good, but maybe. The defense is a dumpster fire. Will McDonald is good. Jermaine Johnson is okay. Special teams is actually pretty good.
They have five 1st round picks over the next two drafts. I assume all three picks next year will be in the top 20 (Colts, Cowboys). So there is an opportunity to restock quickly if they don't blow the picks.
I still don't think Glenn is the guy and expect another disaster season.
People are mad about the game, but I appreciate a good defensive beating. I’m happy with the outcome.
Halftime was also solid, felt rushed because medley but the end / outro….fucking fire.
I had zero expectations going into the game. Didn’t care who won. Disappointed that none of my bets hit and now seven months until football.
Kind of a forgettable game and offseason.
