We are less than 14 days away. Is anyone going to a game. If I can find a decent priced ticket in Atlanta I will probably drive down and go to a game.

Hoping Richard’s is healthy for the US so we can do some damage.

No. Way to expensive. And I do not care to watch a match between Cape Verde and Yemen...

Haha tickets are stupid but it is on my bucket list. The game I’m considering is Spain vs Saudi or a round of 32 game in Atlanta. I luckily can drive down from Nashville and stay with friends in Atlanta

Yeah, I am pretty pissed and salty about the prices. Just insane that we have a home world cup and 90% of the people cant afford to go. I could swing LA or Seattle solo, but that doesnt sound fun. It isnt worth it to take my wife who would go, but doesnt care or my kids who would love it, but probably not remember much.

I'm hoping Spain/Portugal/Morrocco is cheaper. Because those are all on my bucket list for travel as is. So that would be a perfect trip to make and couple with WC.

I had big plans to stay in Monterrey or Guadalajara with a group. Stay for 10-14 days, see as many group matches as possible.

We even had an Airbnb in Monterrey locked in. Once the ticket prices and schedule came out, everyone bailed. It's not like it used to be. You could chill in one city and see a few group matches in a shorter amount of time.

Now with the inflated ticket prices and stupid # of cities, it just doesn't make sense.

I'll be in LA the Friday before the USA / Paraguay match. I considered extending. Last I checked a single nosebleed seat was ~1400. Hard pass.

The other option was just to drive from Denver to KC to party with the Argentinians and just try to get a ticket for the Algeria match. Well that's on a Tuesday, so fuck it.

Predictions to win it all? I got Spain.

I may or may not watch a game or two on TV. If I think about it while it's actually happening. And there's nothing else on.
