The Masters deserves its own thread.

Tiger looks good. Seems like he will have about 3 leg swings where the leg causes an issue each round. Limit the damage on those and he can contend.

Helps that he doesnt need to read any putts here, since he cant even bend down to do so.

Impressed by Tiger today. He could be in the lead but he left a few putts out there

Heavy winds tomorrow…..when does Tiger tee off? He’s not good in the wind.

I hope woods doesn’t make it to the weekend.  All we will see is him,  I want to see all the other players play.

Fletch, i get what you're saying, but aside from DJ, Cam, and Scheffler, none of the other players in contention are compelling. that and to watch the greatest player play in his most favored tournament is always must see TV.

The audience for the tournament will be much larger if he's in contention, so you can bet you'll see a lot of him if he's in the running.  I love watching him.  He's the best player of the last couple of generations and had the greatest run of success of anyone's who's played the game.  There's a reason that more people were following his practice rounds than were on the entire rest of the course.

Fletch complaining about coverage of Tiger when he can legit watch 80% of the holes and every shot of every player within a minute of it happening is just.... perfect. Guranteed he has no clue how to figure it out though.

I get that the wind will be thougher than no wind. But is 20-30mph really that much for there guys? I feel we are making a bigger deal of it. Or course, maybe at Augusta its more damning because of swirling and the tall trees blocking it at points.

Same as last year with Si Woo, but give me the Im drama of winning a major and being exempt from military duty in Korea.

Love the course set up today, longest par 3 is 176.  Pins are begging to be shot at and if you arent perfect you are in trouble

Not always easy to gauge….Tiger always second guesses and doubt himself snd usually struggles with it.

20-30 mph is a big wind….that’s British Open stuff. Might be a 9 iron or a 5 iron for the same distance, wind dependent

20 is manageable, 30 is brutal

Anyone want to do the Masters weekend bet?  My family always does a wager for the weekend.  After Friday everyone takes 3 players and you use just their weekend rounds,  lowest 3 man total wins.

Streaming early 3rd and already nothing but Tiger.  Just him standing at first tee for 5 minutes and not one other golfer shown.  Poor.
