I've heard its good, may have to go alone as the wife can't really watch those types of "scary" movies. The ones around cults, demons, possession, etc she's out.
Its probably my favorite Vampire movie since Blade. I would have to re-watch both to make a definitive call. Its just damn fun. Distinct scenes that will live in my head for the rest of time.
Of course it has issues and is nowhere near a perfect film. But as a movie fan, I am thrilled at how well an original idea is doing at the theaters. Huge win for the industry.

I guess I didn't understand that from the previews, vampires my sister will go and probably my wife as well. For whatever reason Vampires are ok, demons/possessions are not ok...they both get weirded out by them.

My favorite kind of movie!
Watched The Outlaw Josie Wales last night. Or rather, my dude watched it and I fell asleep.
The Big Green
classic
Going to The Accountant^2 tonight.
Conclave. 8/10
Watched Me, Earl and the Dying Girl with my daughter - she’d never seen it. I hadn’t seen in awhile while. Great film, but damn, it fucking destroyed me. 9/10
MI: Final Reckoning - 7.2/10
Right in the middle. 2 of the best sets/scenes in the entire series, but way too much nothing between. Too many flashbacks and too much explaining to the audience the plot/recapping previous films.

how is this movie? might sneak away and watch it this evening.

It’s not terrible. If you liked the first one you will like it. They try a little humor that is kinda cringy but as sequels go it was ok. 7.8/10

I liked it. Less accounting which was unfortunate, but the action was good. Bernthal was awesome.
If you have Prime video, The Accountant 2 is available to watch as part of your membership.
If you haven’t watched blue eye samarai on Netflix it was awesome
I watched this last night.
10/10, will watch again!
Superman was absolutely incredible! It was the first comic book movie I had ever seen that was actually like a comic book, in the way they told the story.
F1 was enjoyable maybe not as good as the hype but good nonetheless

I loved F1. I may also might be the biggest Brad Pitt fan on earth, so there is that.

I should have saw it a day earlier. When we went it was on a regular screen bc Superman was on all the good axreens
F1, loved it, 10/10 for me. But, I've been an F1 fan since the 90s, knew the backstory and even if there was Hollywood parts of it, enjoyed it.
Superman, 8/10. Lotta stuff in the movie, but pretty enjoyable. The dog stole the movie.

Having the movie start with Led Zeppelin, him getting ready and straight into the 24 hours of Daytona was an awesome way to start.

I have a hatred for that race because I had to work it and was a complete zombie. 6 hours straight on air, then we got a meal break for 2 hrs. Then 4 more hours on air. Then hotel for 6. Back onsite for the final 6. The time off air, our software was still on air, though unmonitored during a line-cut.
Though, the 12 hours of Sebring was probably worse since we got no relief, I wasnt as tired.
Margin Call 8.5/10. Damn Kevin Spacey is a great actor. It sucks that he’s cancelled.
Personally I did not like superman. He got his ass beat 90 percent of the movie. The dog made no sense even tho I am aware of the dog in previous comics and cartoons. Using labradoodle was corny.
I watched F1 yesterday. I definitely was invested emotionally, but it also seemed kinda predictable, but very enjoyable watch.
