I thought I was able to change yours but if I update yours (or anyone else's) it actually updates mine. I just copied over the link from mine in the database to change yours. Not sure why you're having trouble changing it. I've never had an issue and I've never really had anyone else mention they had issues.

Congrats on the fresh new look. I can only imagine the amount of time required to update the site.

I am the webmaster of our local organization, so I know it is time consuming.

Will take getting used to, but definitely cleaner.

This is a post by me to make sure I can still post after the changes and upgrades and whatever.

Thanks, is there a reason I’m not ever able to? I can get it to show that it’s changed while on my profile but once I leave there it goes back like it never saved

Not sure why you specifically have had issues. No one else has ever said anything about it and plenty of people have updated their avatars over the last few years.

You should be able to control that with your browser, I can let you know how to do it once I figure it out myself. I will also refine the design as I use the site on mobile more often.

Any update on this? I’m using Chrome. Everything is still huge. Do I need to adjust settings through Chrome?

It looks like it can old be controlled on the device level, meaning any change applies to any app that uses the accessibility settings. I'll work on decreasing the font sizes in the next day or two. I just needed a break today from doing anything.

Is it mainly font sizes that you're not a fan of?

Also happy that after two days I've yet to get a single page load failure. I'm not sure how often that happened for anyone else, and I'm surprised no one had actually complained about it. It was the main reason I decided to do an update, but I'd been wanting to update the design for a long time anyway.

Yeah the site is way too big on mobile. 

My old eyes like it, but I understand the complaint. Give me a day or two and I’ll push an update.

Yes, you have to upload an avatar. If it's something online you just need to save it to your computer first. Or, if you send me a link I can do it for you.

TBH, font size seems huge on desktop (Chrome, Mac), too. But the site itself looks clean; strong work.
