I thought Justin mentioned something about one of these?
Havent got much PT in the last month. Moved and have been busy working on the new house. It has been some difficult work, like today for 9 hours loading and unloading, spreading dirt and breaking up the clumps...was apretty good rocky type of workout!

Yes. Did one by the Mansfield airport. It was fun. Glad I did it but never again. Took too many chances and it's easy to make a silly mistake and have something go wrong and get injured. I'm too old for that.

We did ours yesterday. We had a blast despite minimal training. Definitely lots of injuries on the course. I’m going to be very sore for a few days, but like you said, I’m glad I did it. I could probably be convinced to do it again.
I did a Tough Mudder in Virginia a while back. It was a lot of fun, but it was brutal due to the course being on a ski resort.
I will stick with the 900lb leg presses. #NCF

Thought he was doing 1100 lbs
I stepped on the scale the other morning and did not like what I saw. I need to get my diet back in order ASAP. If anyone has any recommendations for easy to fix, healthy lunches that don't suck I'd love to hear them.

Wife has been crushing it with making omelets in muffin trays for later consumption.
Reheats well in a skillet, or I will eat them after microwaving.
I've lost about 35 lbs. over the last 8 months or so. Pretty much all diet. I need to get back in the gym.

Also. We eat pretty paleoish/keto/W30/NSNGNS/whateverAdkinsvariant you want to call it 90% of the time (no problem with dairy or legumes). We usually cook twice the diner to have leftovers for a few days. Currently having steak, brussels and bacon that was cooked up Thursday night
I worked from home yesterday and my food options were pretty limited. Ended up sauteing half a sweet potato and fried two eggs. Great lunch. I need to have a steady supply of cooked sweet potatoes in the fridge so I can heat them up and fry an egg or two for breakfast.
I pretty much have had the stance that fit bits are a waste of money. Most people I know that own them are not in good shape. I jokingly tell people unless the fitbit starts counting your macros in real time when you eat your food, it is worthless. Well, I didn't realize that joke is closer to reality...
