Absolutely no reason for the whole breed.

Friend has had pit bulls for 20+ years....He's on 3rd/4th generation, so he knows how to handle them and they've all had absolutely the best environment.

Told me they still get angry.  And that you have to learn their personality.  He's like "yeah, this one doesn't like kids...and I tell my wife you have to recognize when he's being stressed".

No thanks.  You've made it crystal clear pit bulls are not family pets.

It's been my experience that the saying "It's not the breed, it's how they're raised" is accurate. What's not said is that people who have no business having dogs at all are attracted to this breed.

At Sam’s club this morning and as we were walking near the entrance two pretty good size 67-72 year old men were verbally going at it hard on the way towards the entrance. They were both walking like former athletes with a gimpy stride and were face to face all the way in. Arms flailing everywhere and it was hilarious. I thought they were going to bump heads walking so close. As they walk in the Sam’s entrance the sane one looked at the Vietnam vet (according to his hat and mask) and told him he was a fucking asshole…..several older female customers were not impressed but my son and I followed them trying to figure out if they were together, like brothers really arguing…..they finally part ways. 5 minutes later the sane guy had his cart back by the alcohol and the Vietnam dude moved his cart awkwardly and got way too close again but this time apologized.

Apparently the gimpy 70 year old sane guy parked in a handicap spot and the vet was very bothered by it…but the other guy never backed down. I’m glad they didn’t scrum because they both would’ve been shook/injured. It was grumpy old men on steroids.

With that said, it's probably a good thing that CC doesn't like the breed.

Ha Ha, just learned something new. If you're in a tournament and lose, you don't drop into the consolations.........you drop into the constellations.

Not sure if I'd heard of them before, but I can't unsee those faces now.
