How you like em?

I like them fried with a little onion and a touch of green pepper.

Baked....yes. Some butter and some pepper.

Scalloped....yes but prefer them this way when ham is the main dish

hashbrowns...meh, just ok

High class: French fries, yes but not super thin ones, tater tots....lol yes the ones shaped like little discs....potato chips. I enjoy plain rippled lay’s but Ruffle’s All Dressed are my favorite and if you haven’t tried them you definitely should.

I love to put them in foil on the grill. Sliced up with onion, green pepper and steak seasoning (yes)....goes great with steak, chicken or pork chops on the grill.

I like all of the above that you just mentioned.  It all depends on the mood and time of day, but I normally go the healthy route.  Huge sweet potato guy here.  I probably go thru 6-7 sweet potatoes a week. I normally chop them into small cubes, lightly coat them with olive/coconut oil, sprinkle some cinnamon and then add some salt.  Bake on 455 for 1 hour to get a "fried" effect, which makes them as crispy as possible without burning them, if you're are going the  healthy route.  Great source of fiber.

Almost sounds as it’s nearing a dessert with the cinnamon and the sweetness of them as they are

I like mine in vodka form.

Actually, I love potatoes pretty much all ways. Sweet potatoes are the exception. They are garbage.

Not a big potato guy. French fries or chips if I eat them.

All kinds. Au Gratin/ Scalloped/ Cheesy Potatoes.  Tator tots > Fries.

Have gotten into sweet potatoes for the health factor and they're not too bad. Usually just throw some sort of meat and vegetables on top.

Mashed potatoes will always be my favorite. You can do so many things with the leftovers: shepherds's pie, potato pancakes as example.

All of the other potato dishes listed above are my second favorite potato dish.

Baked with bacon, sour cream and butter to go with a steak or something is the bomb.

Other types work in their own way, but that's my preference.

I do this least once a week (unless it hot AF, then I'm not turning on the oven GFY).

I'll nuke a couple red potatoes in the microwave and eat them plain with my meal.  Delicious.

I do like sweet potato fries.

Potatoes are not good if you are carb watching.

And sweet potatoes may be good for fiber, but not so much on the carbs, especially if you are adding cinnamon or other things.

That being said....I love a baked potato with butter, salt and pepper.

I love mashed potatoes.

I lke tater tots.

I like fries.

I like cheesy potatoes.

I like scalopped potatoes.

And my wife also likes the potatoes in vodka form!

I swear the potato is the most versatile food out there.

But nothing beats good mashed potatoes.

If you're tracking what you are eating, they aren't bad at all.

I've always liked mashed potatoes (with dark brown gravy)  and also seasoned french fries, but all things in moderation.  It's easy to fill up on them while you're eating your burger or steak - and then it does throw off your system.

That being said, one of my favorite comfort foods as a kid was when my mom took the leftover mashed potatoes, mixed in a little sugar, and made fried potato cakes.

I think I would eat most any kind of eggs, I usually eat about 12-18 eggs a week, mostly hard boiled or fried in butter medium for convenience sake.

I respectfully disagree.  But I also don't believe in:  Calories, Carbs (love cauliflower and brussels), and that salt is bad

Grains, sugars and starches are not good

I've never met a potato dish I didn't like. Fries are probably my least favorite variety to order out because it's so hit or miss how they might come.
