I don’t feel anything about it.  I have natural antibodies from it and I am being discriminated against by ignoring the science that I have better protection then the vaccine

      minds are blown

I guess my biggest question is whos paying for these tests. That’s a hell of a burden for a company.

I assume some companies who don’t want to fight the government will just mandate it with no testing option. Currently if your mandate is to test weekly if not vaccinated (depending on state probably) the company has to reimburse it (per a lawyer our Company discussed with, no idea of accuracy). Most tests are free unless you go to a non large retail pharmacy or an independent urgent care that won’t bill gov/ insurance. Wondering how the airlines will get away with laying people off who even have a religious or medical exemption. I guess if you’re in a right to work state you can be fired for anything, but how are unionized ones gonna work? 

Well, for all those who said a company can do whatever they please (require vax or not) guess you were wrong.

They won't test, they'll just fire people who don't get vaccinated.

But I wonder how they plan to enforce this, and which agency would be tasked?  They going to send EPA or OSHA out to companies to review vaccine records?

If that's true, then I think they've made it really easy for the courts to knock this down.

Only possible legal justification I can guess at is public health or national security.  The latter is already a huge stretch, but the former is strongly undermined by the fact it's not EVERYONE (and not even close).

Biden is banking on this being tied-up in the courts long enough that it won't matter.  Except there's that little matter of booster shots....

They’ve backtracked now and said it is not through the executive order but will still be under the OSHA jurisdiction. As usual, no one was prepared for this and has no idea about any of the details.

I mean, they work outdoors AMIRITE?!?

My buddy owns a prominent construction company and has 188 employees…he told me that maybe 35 of them were vaccinated, he’s not thrilled right now.
