This could get interesting. 

Not sure why.  It is fully within employers' power to require vaccines.  And it seems like it would be within the powers of govt to attach such a condition to their contracts.

My employer just instituted mandatory vaccinations. Employees have until December 1st.

It's really odd to require it only for companies with over 100 people.  I think the cut-off for Obamacare was 50 employees.

Biden has already shown that he will sign an EO he knows to be illegal, and then wait for the SCOTUS to slap it down.  His approval on handling Covid is also tanking, so this is purely politics to make it look like he's doing something.

And I agree with you - we can't allow the end to justify the means.  Heelllllooooo, Climate Change! (in which case we'd be allowing junk science to justify the means).

Funny thing with all the talk about fake vax cards....I just looked at mine, and it would be pretty easy to photoshop the name and DOB.  I'm sure no one is going to check the actual card.

It’s been proven in study after study that COVID is literally afraid of companies with fewer than 100 employees - and won’t go near them because of that fear. That’s the reason for the cutoff. 

What we saw today was a desperate attempt at communism.  The president is not a dictator.

It’s unreal that science had almost nothing to do with anything he said.
