Yeah, FFS can we get a permaban of the HOF account? It’s clearly said and he just posted AGAIN the name of a poster on here.

If we allow him to keep posting, am I allowed to post his real name, employer, and Facebook page?

Looks like Mueller just up and announced that his investigation will end.

He must be cutting a deal that he stops his witch hunt so Trump DOJ keeps him out of the investgation thats coming to the Obama admin over spying.

I don't know that Trump will just let go of the infiltration and spying.  This type of abuse of power is so threatening to the foundations of the republic, it must be fully exposed and prosecuted.

Why?  If I read correctly, it's rolling back a 2015 law dictating how Alaska manages its predator populations.

Environmental groups think it's wrong, as they usually do, to monetize the program via hunting permits.  They seem to feel it's less cruel for nature to accomplish this thru starvation and disease.

im all for hunting.  but setting out bacon and donuts and waiting for a bear to come along and shooting it isnt hunting imo.  shooting sleeping bears during hibernation doesnt seem all that sporty to me

But from Alaska govt perspective, it's not about hunting but population control.  So why does it matter how someone gets their bear, so long as it is one and only one bear?

Classic federal govt overreach.  This is for Alaska alone to decide and manage.

Perhaps. But I'd rather not have a central government micromanaging behaviors some might find pathetic. Alaska is more than qualified to manage their own resources.

Not at all. It's strictly a numbers game.  What they allow via permit is dependent on how many animals they need removed from the population.  That's why Alaska, and not the feds, should make these determinations.

I seriously, seriously doubt many hunters are going after cubs.  That's typical HuffPo inflammatory bullshit.

I'm okay with reversing federal overreach, regardless of who implemented it, or who is reversing it.

... to me

This little prepositional phrase is meaningful.  It demonstrates that this is your own perspective/opinion.  You're entitled to believing it, and there should never be a legal means of taking that away from you.

However, laws shouldn't be based on individual opinions.

It's like marital infidelity.  I find that pathetic and cowardly.  Doesn't mean I think it should ever be a matter for any court or legislature.

I certainly was speaking for my own personal opinion on the matter of killing animals in certain ways.  If my thoughts were construed as being in favor of big govt or making some comment on the states rights vs. federal laws it wasnt.  as far as laws being based on individual opinions i would say that absolutely laws are made on individual opinions of many people.
