No. They're opposites. The "Semitic" people are ethnically Jewish. As such, if one is "anti-" Semitic, they are against Jews, which would ... if we reach a little bit, be anti-Israel, and not pro-Israel.
But anti-Semitism generally doesn't have as much to do with the actual nation state of Israel as it does people who are ethnically Jewish, which means it's more personal than geopolitical.
From what I understand Rand Paul asked that the funds for the first responders be paid for by taking equal amounts from somewhere else.

I'm not sure about that. I think it's generally a mix of liberals and conservatives who stand against anti-semitism. It's when you go further from the center on both sides is where it starts to play out.

He has been trying to bring attention to our increasing national debt since he has been in office and nobody seems to GAF. If they are blocking this vote, they are doing it for a reason. This tweet by some random guy implying Rand/Lee hate America and Illhan doesn't is a joke at best.

Not approving the federal funds for 9/11 responders is a fucking shame in my view. Even if you are a fiscal conservative, this is one of the things the federal government should step up to the plate and actually do. I equate this to basically funding troops healthcare in the VA.

Was that funding a clean resolution? If so then its a shame. Since Nancy said she isnt passing anything clean then voting it down because someone threw in a bunch of pork BS for their districts or money for funding planned parenthood or something like that then vote no on it. The media should do their job and explain why people voted no
