What would make this getting got even better would be if the entire story was that he applied, but the administration decided he didn't meet up to their standards and was under-qualified for the job.

I assume this was the case

The Jets have had a lot of bad coaches since I’ve been a fan. He was the worst by a very large margin.

How'd you ever become a Jets fan. Unless you're from the area, it seems like a steep path to choose.

Not to mention they don't have a legit starting QB outside of the kid they drafted and he's still not signed.

Bad luck, mostly. Curtis Martin was my favorite player and I started following the Jets once he started there in 1998.

Screen looks slightly different too

It’s showing white on home screen instead of black. Keeps making me log back in.

Thanks…somehow I hit a private button on safari that kept any page from being remembered. I am 47 years old so I have my share of “computer” flaws lol

So I’m working on Sunday night football 2 years ago. I’ve left site and at hotel after dinner. I get a text from the scorebug operator asking me about an update I ran on the software and something wasn’t working. It needed the game changed to “week 7” (was still at 6) in the XML. I try and tell him how to do this, and start with “go to my computer”. I get a “ok one second”.

Fast forward 30 seconds. “Ok, I’m at your workstation. Your laptop isn’t here though. Where is your computer?” Lololol

NFL to have referees strictly enforce taunting rule this season.

Can’t wait for 3 games a week to be decided by a knucklehead receiver or cornerback

Why? Trash talking is part of sports.

Also, IMO most "celebrations" are a form of taunting.  No Fun League.

Not only are they going to enforce it more, if you get 2 in a game you’re out. So soft.
