We signed up for Sling recently and have been watching a lot of Impractical Jokers.

I love Sling. What package did you get?

Ive started taking Roku stick to hotels and watching there also. Hotel channel lineups can be hot garbage

Just finished season 2 of Santa Clarita Diet.

It's a bit indulgent.  The acting is fine.  Writing is okay.  Not blow-your-socks-off good.

Roseanne had huge ratings this week.  I know no one here will admit to watching as ya 'll are too high class

But it wasn't bad.

I didn't watch it, but I have no problem admitting that I plan to watch the season. Rosanne was a great show.

I didn’t watch it because I didn’t watch the original run. I should probably plow through that at some point though.

I would say that Roseanne exceeded my expectations. Probably need to get a few more episodes in to know if it's honestly good, or just the novelty factor.

I like Santa Clarita Diet and I watched Roseanne. They must have realized that the show was funnier when they weren't rich.

Watched it. It wasn't horrible.  The jokes in the first half were a little on the nose.  They seemed to catch their flow about 20 minutes in.

Watchers on the Wall reports that a big battle sequence for GOT has finished filming after 55 consecutive nights. As a comparison, the Battle of the Bastards took 30 days to film.

I'm halfway through the newest season of Trailer Park Boys. I'm enjoying it, it's as ridiculous as ever.

I didn't read thru the entire thread, but any Black Mirror fans?  I just started watching a couple weeks ago and have gotten thru  4 episodes.  It's sort of like the Twilight Zone.  Each episode is a different story.

One of my favorite show of all time. It's crazy that s1e1 is the pilot. I really dislike that episode.

I stopped watching halfway through that episode because I couldn’t take it. It was so bad. Maybe I’ll pick up the rest knowing they’re not all like that.

I haven't watched that one yet.  That was the first one my friend tried to watch and now he refuses to watch black mirror.  I am not sure (spoiler alert) I want to watch a dude fucking a pig.

They don't hold back either, they make it look as real as it gets. I know a lot of people who were turned off after watching that one and then I also know a few twisted fucks who love it.

San Junipero is my favorite (one of the few with a happy ending), followed by Shut Up and Dance (super fucked up episode).

Yeah, Black Mirror is awesome. The newest season was kind of a let down, but overall it’s great. I like that it’s not a series, as in you can watch any episode at any time.

I have watched 5 so far and if I had to rank them:

1. Nosedive

2. History of your life

3. Hang the DJ (also a feel good ending)

4. Crocodile

5. 15 million merits

I was considering watching shut up and dance next.  What kind of fucked up are we talking?  Like fucking a pig fucked up, a lot of murders fucked up (thriller/horror), or just twisted?

Oh yeah, Nosedive also one of the best.

Shut Up and Dance is a about an unknown group who has proof of "unsavory" behavior on a few individuals. They intertwine these individuals by making them do crazy shit so they don't release what they have on them.

Bronn from GoT is in it.

Black Mirror or that German show with time travel? I typically prefer serialized shows...if I’m going to invest time, I like it to lead somewhere bigger.

I like shows that make you think after you watch, and both did that for me.

Dark is the best series I've watched in the past year.

I can’t ever remember the names to any episodes. But having looked them up, Nosedive is great. San Junipero is great. White Bear is terrifying. White Christmas was really good, if I remember correctly. Man, there are sooo many good ones.

Dark it is. Have 5 more episodes of Band of Brothers (3rd time through) then I’ll start.
