Maybe I'll stop now that it's legal so I can still be, like, a rebel, man!
Or not.

Weed becoming legal will change the decision of tens of Ohio citizens. Total non-issue other than hopefully taking some money from Michigan to Ohio.

I've never taken any drugs and don't intend to start now. I also no longer live in Ohio.

OK is overrun with weed stores, it's offputting. this is also a medical only state. I cannot imagine what it'll be like in ohio unless there is some heavy regulation on distribution of weed.

Might be like the Dollar Stores popping up every 5 miles

Sounds like it won’t be available to purchase until this time next year anyways. It’ll take forever to get everything in order. So, good for it for passing, but it’s gonna be a minute before you actually see it for purchase anywhere.
Kind of like when sports gambling became legal in November ‘21 but couldn’t fucking bet til January of ‘23.

I know that the pro-2 talk referenced Morenci, Michigan. A town of about 2000 people just over the border (north of Wauseon, I think?) that has five shops. Mainly due to Ohio traffic due to proximity, but your post made me think of that place.

I may or may not have been to Morenci a time or two.

How does the weed store work?
Value packages? Drive thru? Samples? Gift cards? What prices for the basic minimum stuff? Can Justin use his Bitcoin?

Not sure if serious, but here’s one of my go tos in Denver.
Insane selection. I prefer to order online and pickup.

They are and will be cash only operations. I’ve been using medical for about 5 years. Selection sucks in Ohio for now. The best thing I can say about MM os it regulated like medicine and very controlled in quality ( no mold or other foreign substance) prices are wild from 120 to 380 per ounce for flower. I rarely smoke but do use edibles and tinctures.

I have little faith this actually happens given it still has to go through the state house. Republicans are already talking about drastically changing it.

Throw the bums out. It's long overdue anyway.

Sounds like the days of my misspent youth when Michigan's legal age to buy liquor was 18, and my buddies and I made the two hour trip from the Dayton area to Monroe. Bob always drove, having the car with the largest trunk.
