Vikings, Falcons, Patriots & Yinzers
Not changing any picks....so far so good.
Eagles are pissed about being #1 seed, at home and underdogs. Their defense can make plays and have some offensive firepower. If they can actually use that chip and get in on Ryan and block on offense....they could advance. I won’t be surprised if they play their asses off and win—-but still believe Falcons defense holds them down and Falcons offensive weapons prevail.
Saints at Vikings. Vikings have proven me wrong more than any team. They are legit. Case Keenum played like a worthy MVP mention other than missing first couple weeks. I just think Saints running game, Brees/Payton get it done. Case Keenum running MIGHT be a wildcard in this game. Vikings winnng won’t surprise but sticking with Saints
Patriots vs Titans....this might be a good game for the fact no one is giving he Titans a fucking breath of a chance. IMO the worst team remaining. LeBeau adjusted the Tripp’s last week after bad start, but Patriots with Gronk. No chance. Might keep it interesting. I’ll be pulling for Mariota no doubt lol
Steelers vs Jaguars...so much I could say. I am confident they are way better prepared than during early season matchup. Jags were lights out and got some big bounces that game. Just humiliated the Steelers and mainly Ben. Ben does have some characteristics about his game that if things start poorly, he could revert his memories back to that negative game and therefore suck. I trust he will be good enough to win. Calais Campbell and Jalen Ramsey are as good of defensive players I have watched all season. They scare me like Ray Lewis and Ed Reed used to. Steelers cannot allow more than 7 points as result of turnovers. Steelers cannot let Jags run wild. Fournette bitch slapped them last time and no Shazier doesn’t bode well (not sure he or a few other run stoppers played that game (no one mentioning that). They can’t let Bortles run for 5 first downs either and I guarantee Bortles completes at least one deep ball that will hurt the Steelers.
I’ m taking the Steelers but Jags defense definitely worries me. Looks like AB might be a viable player this game, very surprised if indeed he is, but looks that way.
PTI leads off with Steelers looking past the Jags?
How the fuck could that possible be true? They lost by 21 at home to the Jags. ESPN sucks. I use to really like PTI

If Pittsburgh's smart, they try to cram Bell down JAX throat in the running game. If they try to air it out, they could have some trouble. JAX is pretty weak against the run (21st ranked).

Pittsburgh is pretty obvious with their runs though. Bell is awesome but no way can they just line up and run him on first down every time. Sounds dumb...but Ben has to out stat Bortles.
If Ben is decent, Bell is decent and their run defense is decent...I think they win
Is Bell really thinking about retiring? I just don’t see Philly beating anyone real with Foles.

He’s incredibly valuable and incredibly dramatic also. I guess doesn’t want franchised again? I love he’s on the team I root for but he isn’t going to be the player he is on a lot of other teams. If he carries Steelers to SB championship and then leaves...I’m good. I do want AB forever even though that’s not always smart for an organization.

ESPN loves driving home the rivalries and the Patriots - Steelers are about the best the NFL has to offer. Are the Steelers really overlooking Jacksonville? I doubt it but that won't stop ESPN from getting in a few extra days of Patriots - Steelers AFC title game, which may not even happen.

I guess I wouldn't be shocked, simply because it's pretty obvious with the preseason holdout that he was pissed about being franchised instead of getting a longer-term contract before this year. And add that to how, when healthy, he has the largest workload of any back in the league (34 more carries than anyone else this year despite having a total of 10 carries in the two games vs. Cleveland -- 10 in the first week when he was rusty and 0 in the final week) and I could easily see him be like "Give me a real contract or GFY".
I’ll go:
Philly, Minny, NE, Pittsburgh.
Think New Orleans has a very good chance, but I want Minny to host, so pulling for them.

Replace the Philly Foles with Atlanta and those are my picks.

Have a weird feeling Foles capitalizes in enough turnovers for a 23-21 win.
If Bell got a big multi year contract, he would probably even more indulge in substances and his play would go downhill fast.
Play 1....42 yard defensive PI on a ball underthrown by 15 yards
Play 2....Eagles fumble
Great start!
Southern team from Atlanta is so far handling the subfreezing temps with 18 mph wind better.
Foles, please don't take a sack on 3rd down this time with the wind at your back!
Innovative running plays today. Tight end pulls to the middle and blocks at the point of attack for a running play up the middle. Fake a pitch one way and an inside hand-off the other way.
Lucky by Eagles
How do they call that a TD on the field? It wasn’t even close.
