Dolphins hire Mike McDaniel as HC. Jags hire Pederson as HC. I'm a little bummed that Leftwich didn't get the Jags gig.
Texans appear to be down to Flores and Josh McCown. I'd love to see what McCown can do as a HC so I hope he gets the job.

McDaniel looks to me like Jermaine from Flight of the Concords.
i like the guy, but i'm struggling to see what this team has that makes him want this job. Tua doesn't seem to be anything like Jimmy G, the o-line is completely fucked, and they don't have any running threats. feels to me like this is a mail it in year, maybe start the line rebuild. then go all in for a QB in the next draft since there is supposedly 4 can't miss 2023 QB guys (just like there were 3 the year Tua came out and they went after the one with the most question marks).
this team is a factory of sadness and i'm done with them.

Aaaaand they hire Lovie Smith. I'd be more excited if they hired Flores or McCown. Lovie has done nothing but lose, miserably, in his last few gigs.

Discount Illinois as it’s a diffrr we ent animal except for a couple of years at Tampa Bay, his record is pretty good.

Couple of these hires have been weird. Thought for sure Leftwich had the gig in JAX than, BAM, Doug Pederson, who I don't think was on anyone's radar. Also hadn't heard Lovies name as a candidate in Houston then, out of nowhere, he's hired.

What are you Bengals guys thoughts on what Carson Palmer said. I saw outrage on Twitter and then looked up what he said…..while it was an ill-timed, ball busting, weird thing to say….it has merit based on their owner.
I teach 45 miles from Cincinnati and a poor district…..without a football program. This kid rocking a 2005 Odell Thurman jersey impressed me lol. Played one year and was pretty good but suspended over and over for drugs and DUI….never played again. Made Josh Gordon look clean.

Idk that I caught all of what he said but what I did hear screamed sour grapes. It’s been how many years since he played for them? Move on already man.

He wasn't 100% wrong but he just came off sounding like a whiny loser.
