“Yes, Dear” was the first that came to mind haha.
I’ll throw out:
- Trueblood (was good to start)
- Hung
- Carnivàle (that show...was FUCKED)
- FlashForward
I’m sure there are countless others.
List some retired shows of the past that you look back and can’t believe you watched them fairly regularly. Teen years and on.....
1. Full House...the cheesiest of the cheese. Corny. DJ Tanner was about my age so I was ok with that but overall just hard to believe I liked that show.
2. Yes Dear.....and I was older for this sitcom. Not a good show at all despite lasting 6 seasons.
3. Gilmore Girls....a well done show that was on many years but just girly as can be. My wife would always watch it and I began to enjoy the quick wit dialogue of the show.

I remember when Dukes of Hazzard came to DVD and I was so excited. I watched one episode. It did not age well.

Agree, thought the quick wit was entertaining

Enjoyed, disappointed only one season, I think it had the Lost (sci-fi, some same actors) to it

Watched the whole first season in anger. Knew they had a pilot and nothing else, just like LOST. Watched knowing it would be cancelled. So dumb

Gilmore Girls???!?!?
Ha.
Ha.Ha
The mom was hot! You see the 3-4 episode miniseries a few years ago?
I have to laugh each time I see the Seinfeld episode that brings this up......Melrose Place (and 90210, Kelly Taylor is hot)
I had to look Yes Dear up because I legit had no idea what it was nor who was in it.
I like a lot of dumb shows and movies. Just watched Spinning Out on Netflix even though it was generally terrible and it's not getting a 2nd season.

I did not

I won't say it's a must see, but the very ending...…….kinda sad and not what you would expect but does sort of follow real life path that many familes fall into it seems.....
My prime-time viewing habits changed sharply when I hit my early 20's, was much harder for me to get motivated to sit down and watch a new series. Largely because my wife was interested, I slowly got into these shows, and enjoy them to this day.
Magnum PI -- Thought Tom Selleck was cool as hell. Watched a re-run a couple months ago. Super corny and not good.
CSI: Cyber -- Another CSI carbon copy, except they're all hackers. That's the show; nothing more. I wanted to like it, and it was indulgent enough that I enjoyed it, but I have no argument for it being a "good" show.
Diagnosis Murder -- Dick Van Dyke is still the man, but that show was so cheesy.

I actually thought the wit made it seem over-the-top unrealistic. It kind of annoyed me after a couple episodes.
Home Improvement - Watched all the time with my dad. I still get nostalgia for it.
Las Vegas - Watched reruns all the time during the summer in high school, mostly for Vanessa Marcil's character. Aziz has a good joke about Josh Duhamel.
Becker
Prison Break
Eight Simple Rules
King of Queens
The O.C. - I don’t regret watching it. Because I loved every second of it. But my God, what an awful show lol.

I LOVED Becker, and I'm not the least bit ashamed about it.

Also guilty. I tried to rewatch it all with my gf a few months ago. Doesn't hold up, sooooo overly fucking dramatic. Also stopped early S3. It falls off a fucking cliff after Trey gets shot.
I was into a lot of shows like this. I guess I'm a sucker for soapy teen dramas. Gossip girl, 90210 and Melrose Place when I was a kid. Party of Five as well.
ED:
Lawyer catches is wife cheating on him, moves back to his home town, buys a bowling ally and starts practicing law out of it.
Think I started watching due to the blonde on the show, she was really cute.
The Walking Dead
It was great..then horrible.

Julie Bowen? Now Claire from Modern Family.
