If they weren’t going to send troops to help the fighting - which none of them were - there’s not much else they could do except what they’re already doing in the financial sector. Agree that it’s the Ukrainian people that have some serious balls.

Considering how he has now put their nuclear forces at higher alert, his mental state is now something we need to consider.

I have seen it suggested a few times he might have issues from Covid. But Condi Rice today said he's very different from the Putin she's known and that he's acting irrationally and doesn't carry the same air of confidence.
