Open faced corned beef with kraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing.

Corned beef from Joe's Deli in Rocky River.....best I've ever eaten (and that includes Primo's in Akron).

I usually have a turkey sammich every day. I rotate the soups though.

Had leftovers again, getting ready to walk up to a new ice cream place called Simply Rolled with co-workers.

Work out in the middle of a dead zone for quick lunch options so i eat a sandwhich/ carrots/ yogurt/ fruit cup, everyday for about 4 years. Mix up the deli meat and yogurt flavors tho. And put it on a sandwhich thin to save some calories. I live a very sad life

Local market has “off the bone” ham lunch meat. Got it shaved and it’s so good. Doesn’t seem like lunch meat.

Had a sammich of that, 1/2 a banana (a lot of bad spots), a no bake cookie and a bottle of water

Tuesday:  A pair of skinless walleye filets I caught Saturday in Lake Erie, lightly breaded in seasoned corn flour, and fried in peanut oil. Green beans from my garden, pressure cooked with Vidalia onion, bacon, and chunks of yellow potatoes.  Fresh dark cherries.  My wife had four yellow perch filets I caught Saturday.

Wednesday:  An 0.4 lb patty of ground chuck grilled a week ago that was gently reheated in the microwave, on a fresh whole wheat bun with a slice of Vidalia onion, a slice of ripe beefsteak tomato from my garden, and a leaf of green leaf lettuce.  An ear of corn freshly cooked in the husk in the microwave.  Fresh dark cherries.
