I don’t get the significance of the guy unable to breathe prior to being on the ground. If anything it makes the cop look even worse. Your “criminal” is complaining of shortness of breath which you’d think make him less of a threat, so they sit on his neck for nine minutes anyways. “This guy might be dying, better make sure he does!”

I want the guy in jail. From a legal standpoint, you don’t think they’ll argue that he said it prior that he couldn’t breathe? These cases have gone sideways numerous times bc of technicalities. I literally didn’t opine on any of it, try to be less of a cunt ffs.

And of course they’ll make arguments to try to salvage their department money in lawsuits. But everyone, EVERYONE should be against any of that and should tell the “legal” people of that case to fuck right off. 
You of course post it on here like “hmm, interesting” which I’m not shocked by. Just shocked it took this long honestly. 

It’s starting to sink in to me that justin’s remark about not minding going after the police station but not the innocent store owners....yes, I am going to agree with that.

Also, on justin’s pic of the two guardsmen without clips....I’m thinking I would NOT like to be a guardsman. Do they have anything on them for protection or just the “clubs” they are carrying?

These are really good points.  I cannot understand why more cops are not vocal in condemning this stuff.  Yes, it would violate that "blue line" crap.  But that is where we are and what's needed.  There are too many decent men and women in this profession to not have more of a movement from frontline cops condemning this stuff.

Whenever these incidents happen, I understand where the rage comes from (anger, not smashing property and stealing liquor).  But for the life of me, I cannot understand the lack of outrage in the black community when it comes to black-on-black crime and murder.  I just don't understand it and maybe I just never will.  

I think black people are well aware of black-on-black crime and murder. I'm guessing they also know that black murderers will most likely be tried, convicted, and given a harsh sentence. Take a look at the prison population.

Can the same be said for cops who kill black men?

I don’t normally call for someone to get fired over words but good lord that man is stupid and probably should be fired mainly due to him being an officer with “power”.

The south side of Chicago is good evidence against your statement. I don’t know if you are right or wrong Nationally speaking. But most black on black murders in Chicago go unsolved and they are mostly allowed to “police themselves” with retaliation. 

Heading down to the state house tomorrow at 10 am to peacefully protest if anyone wants to join. Gotta put my money where my mouth is

No reason to talk about it publicly sometimes I guess because we have to fix it ourselves, but honestly criminals are going to criminal, not a lot of power in the black community to do as much as you would think

The majority of black on black murders in the south side of Chicago are gang related. Cops investigate, people just won’t testify due to retaliation from the gang.
