What a dipshit. I'm so tired of people clamoring for needing to know what "led up to this." The dude has been successfully detained. I don't care if he's the second coming of Jack the Ripper. Due process is due process. What his crime might have been (we won't know now, since they're not going to charge a dead man) doesn't change the right to due process.
posted by Fab4RunnerI think black people are well aware of black-on-black crime and murder. I'm guessing they also know that black murderers will most likely be tried, convicted, and given a harsh sentence. Take a look at the prison population.
Can the same be said for cops who kill black men?
