Ah, gotcha; I was thinking that 7.5% was REALLY giving you the benefit of the doubt, but was being generous.
I am sure its probably his approval rating also

I may have a lot of faults, but being wrong isn't one of them.

Agreed. Seriously, I can't even believe this is a story anyone gives two f-s about.

It's the highest inflation in 40 years, back in a time when mortgage rates were @ 16%.
So, yeah, kind of a big deal [potentially]. If mortgage rates were to jump to even 8% (where they typically averaged historically), it would probably make the Great Recession look like a hiccup.

Sorry, I meant the story about Trump flushing documents, not the inflation - as far as a story no one cares about.

That's way too high for that.
What's Pete B going to do when the trucker freedom convoy rolls from LA to DC; this ought to be comical.

Probably have BLM block the roads?

Pete was mayor of South Bend, Indiana for God's sake. A drive through of that beautiful burg will assure you that there's no doubt he can handle a a trucker convoy.
He couldn't handle the potholes in South Bend, but he can check a couple of boxes that REALLY make him qualified to be Sec of Transp.

Trump and the documents is a non story. But, it does have a very Sandy Berger vibe to it. I'm guessing Trunp wanted to keep some things and it was never told him or he ignored the policy.

If the truckers in any way screw up the Super Bowl, they will not have any support. That is dumb.
State of the Union is in March and no one will care.
