Browns made a great trade. Rams overpay makes sense given their window. But the Browns have a very good chance to build a great roster (and Verse would be a fantiastic 1st round pick!).
I like the trade but Verse seems like he was figured out and only has 1 real move. Will be interesting to see what else was in the package

He is also already 25, which is old for a 2 yr player. But, has the 3rd most pressures since entering the league (behind Garrett and Micah) & most importantly, he is under a rookie deal for 3 more seasons. That money, coupled with Watson off the books finally, and I assume Ward being traded, will allow them to be free financially in the final stages of this rebuild. The draft capital should help them land their QB assuming one isnt on the roster.

If I’m the browns I would take a shot at Sorsby if he’s in the supplemental draft. I wonder if the NFL would seek to punish him though
What pick would you risk for Sorsby? I would be cool with the Jets risking their 2nd rounder for him.
I think second is right he would probably go top 10 next year if he had another season
I mean if Sorsby is someone they look at as the guy, then sure go after him. But if they don't, and they view him as value at this point, don't waste the time. Just will create more of a mess.
