Good game…I’m not buying all the Tirico excitement but fun to watch

Someone is really happy he didn't pop on here during the third quarter to say that Baltimore looks to be a REAL problem because they're just beating the shit out of Buffalo. Because he would have looked really dumb after that comeback.

When did you post this? Cause that game was awesome, as far as late game drama goes.

Not going to do a full power rankings yet but I’ll attempt top five and bottom five so far.

Top, in no particular order: Eagles, Bills, Chargers, Packers, Steelers/Ravens.

Bottom, in no particular order except the Dolphins are the worst: Dolphins, Titans, Saints, Giants, Panthers.

That’s a very bad loss for Chicago.

McCarthy looked decent.

With all the controversy about kicking the last kickoff out of bounds or trying to kick it out of the end zone, I was thinking kicking it OB could be declined and make them re-kick, but I was wrong.  They need to change it back to being able to decline the penalty for kicking it OB to close that loophole!

Chicago didn’t capitalize on it either way.

I’ve seen a lot of people pointing out how smart it was for the Vikings to return that kick, and the returner even checked with O'Connell upon receiving the kick if he should bring it out. Why wouldn’t you just automatically bring it out? What’s the rationale in not bringing it out

Risking a fumble. KOC probably told him just look at me, knowing full well unless he bobbled it he was going to have the player bring it out. But better to say that than leave anything up to the decision of these players sometimes.

I would've brought it out and then gone down before getting hit and risking a turnover.

Scrambling to his right Rodgers just heaved a ball from the 31 yard line to the other 13….crazy for his age

Steelers intercept and driving into FG range

1st down….clear holding of WR negating 15+ yards

2nd down blocking back gets pulled down by his face mask…no call again

3rd down Rodgers gets pulled down by his horse collar…no call

Ok….let em play all game then

While it's early in the game, the concept that the dogshit Giants might go into Dallas and win while Jerry's sitting in his private area, drooling into his applesauce and wondering where the hell that Parsons guy went to is kind of funny.

September football isn’t my favorite…but that sounds like an awful game to watch

I looked at the box score near the end of the 1st. Apparently, NYG must have held the ball for 12-13 minutes of the 14 that had been played because it looked like Dallas must have run about four plays. Man, if only their senile owner hadn't traded away their franchise defensive player --- they might have gotten off the field before Danger-RUSS reached his peak performance and got them in field goal range.

Dallas has to be bizarro-world. Every other fan base wants Jerry to live forever, while their fans have to be praying his old ass drops so someone remotely competent has a chance to un-fuck everything.

Steelers suck and are very fortunate not to be 0-2.

I root for losses - Tomlin needs to go.  Tired of mediocrity year after year after year while people polish Tomlin's knob like he's accomplished anything in this league without Cowher's coaches and players.
