If we're being honest, Garrett is a thug - with all the mics no one heard what he claimed (and basic logic says he just claimed that for a reduced suspension).   If you're aren't a retard, there's almost no way Rudolph threw out a racial slur (and I think the guy sucks and would love to see him get suspended).

I have never seen that many helmet-to-helmet hits in a season, much less one game (hell, there were THREE on one play alone).  Make of that what you will, but it's obvious.  And yet the Browns still suck.

LOL, "thug?" That might be the dumbest post on here.

And yet the Steelers still suck, WORSE. I firmly believe that their record would be no better even if Roethlisberger were in there. He wasn't exactly setting the world on fire (27/47 with a pick vs NE, 8/15 for 75 yards vs SEA < Rudolph-like stats vs Sea) before he went down with an injury and there's a reason for that....Pittsburgh's skill players are TRASH. .500 team with or without the Diddler.

Tom Brady has been able to make chicken salad out of chicken shit (talent-wise) for years. TheRapist has always needed that very good to elite WR coupled with a solid number 2 (see Ward/ Holmes & AB/Juju more recently) along with that bell cow RB (see Bettis when he started his career to Lev Bell most recently). He currently has none of this.

Juju, who I thought was going to be elite, is nothing more than a solid #2 WR. The rest are 3's or 4's. Connor is a JAG and there's nothing behind him. The O-Line is showing that they are middle of the pack. Add this all together and I think Roethlisberger would be having a very frustrating season not having GREAT talent, which he needs because he's not a team "carrier."

Hence the "Pittsburgh sucks WORSE", at this time, since the Browns have already made both Baltimore AND Pittsburgh their bitch in earlier meetings.

I actually posted and said I don't buy he dropped the N word.  I just find it funny how he is trying to act like the innocent victim and dumbass Steelers fans are buying it.

Steelers fans being hypocrites about this doesn't even bother me.  That was pretty much expected.  I am more pissed about Goodell making up rules as he goes and holding players hostage for months or even years.  I won't be shocked to see a very long lockout next CBA.  Goodell is a piece of shit.

.@JayGlazer says DE Myles Garrett didn’t want his allegation that QB Mason Rudolph used a racial slur public because Garrett thought it would be bad for the ... Garrett tried to get audio almost immediately and was told it didn’t exist.

It seems hard to believe that it doesn't exist from a nationally televised game. This is a league that records everything.

Not to be Mr Conspiracy Theory but does the league even want it out there if it does?

It exists (or whatever audio there is, not sure if it was actually said). But it’s probably NFL Films or something. And, by law, the player saying it has to give permission to those entities. It isn’t like the broadcast mic’ing players or the normal shotgun mics etc. Those are fair game (mic’d players or filming the huddle etc you can’t divulge strategy on air).

So, basically what I’m getting at is that NFL Films or someone probably has the audio. But if they release it without Rudolph’s consent, he will sue them for millions upon millions and win. Coupled with the fact the NFL doesn’t want it to be true means it would take a disgruntled higher up willing to lose it all if he’s caught to release it behind everyone’s back lol.
