I92 rejoice, Haley gone from Pittsburgh

I’d rather...hell I don’t know. He clearly has good ideas and positive things but he drove me crazy with his ability to move ball down the field well and get to the 35-45 yard line of opponent then change. 3rd and inches...just sneak it and move the marker sometimes. His first down run plays were so telling for the defense. Just running because you gotta run.

So many other things...I just simply feel Ben/AB and others bailed him out so many times. Maybe I’m wrong but the OC and QB have to see eye to eye better than they did.

He should land another job and be just fine.

Need to draft defense though.

I think that to me, the most telling number was one they posted after Fournette's second TD Sunday, where they said this year he had 4 TDs in Pittsburgh, while Bell had 3. When you have one of the top backs in the league and you're giving him the biggest workload of any back in the league, how is that even possible? Just seemed they'd have no trouble driving down the field, then they'd hit the red zone and things would fall apart. I mean, it helped Boswell become a household name for Pittsburgh fans this year, but something just has to be off when you have that much offensive talent, but wind up settling for field goals as often as they did when they were unstoppable between the 20s.

It doesn't help Bell's case they have a tremendous QB and many weapons - the biggest weapon in all of the league - at WR.

Score 42 in a playoff game against the best defense in the NFL and get fired. That's rough.   That's why the Steelers are successful and the Bengals aren't.   They need to take the next step and they did.   The Bengals keep Marvin around because they don't want to hurt his feelings.

While it may be amplified by ESPN too much I think some of the lesser owners wanting to get rid of Tomlin is more telling.

28-21....all the momentum and across midfield with ease 2x in 3rd quarter and on 4th and 6 inches lose 5 yards on a deep handoff to short side of field against fast defense. Next 4th down and 20 inches throw a 15 yard pass into tight coverage. 4th and inches on 20 in first half....no sneak again and turn over on downs.

They picked up a 4th and 11 before half on a bomb that was perfectly thrown into a mistaken can’t happen coverage and a 4th and 5 bomb that DB letvAB have inside position and made a great catch.

The 28-21 ones killed me though and lost this game.....had everything going their way and then bad predictable 1st down plays and then silly 3rd and short and 4th and inches plays. I know the defense was awful and so did the everyone else...Steelers offense needed driving touchdowns and were doing it, then the bad play calling. Not sure any answers on the defense....they were just getting manhandled, but the offense had things going and went away from them.

Think the Jags really have a shot.

Jags and eagles win.

It was going to be Haley or BR......BR won.   The qb coach will get the job.  The defense was the issue and even before Shazier was hurt even tho some of the metrics were good.

Not sure this was mentioned but, in ironic news, Fournette's car was ass ended in Florida. The drivers of the other vehicle? Steeler fans, with PA plates, returning some relatives to Florida.

Not real sure Steelers fans are out to help the Patriots. There are some dumb ones though.

Oh, I know. Just thought "what are the odds?" I realize there are fans of teams everywhere but he gets rear ended by a Steeler fan FROM Pittsburgh who just happens to be in Florida.

It’s all so dumb. They went 13-3 for Christ sakes! It wasn’t like some absolutely terrible loss like Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl, they lost by 3 to a good Jacksonville team.

As for Big Ben he needs to shut up about the QB sneak shit. He hasn’t ran in three years, all he would have had to do is give the center a little tap or pinch to change to a sneak. You don’t need the entire O Line to know what you’re doing for a fucking QB sneak

The Bengals suck because Mike Brown is an idiot and they may be the unluckiest franchise in playoff history. They were a super bowl team the year Dalton went down, same with Palmer as well

Jags win 24-20. Patriots take the field on final drive with chance to win but Brady throws an INT to lose it.

Don’t really care about the other game. I think Minnesota will win.

Word is TB12 has stitches.    Depending on what finger and where could really have an affect.

If I had to guess, hit his hand on a facemask on a follow through on a pass.   That hurts like hell and I dislocated a finger that way.

Could we see the former brown, Hoyer, light up the Jags and take em to the SB?

Just assuming he’s perfectly fine.

If he’s affected because a defensive player got to class in practice....holy hell

I’ll believe it when I see it though
