Chris Webber is a god awful announcer.  He's fucking clueless.  That Lance/Green play is about as far from "basketball" as you can get.  And the announcers were fucking celebrating it.

These two wins have felt like shit. Lue better buy Korver a bottle of wine, because he won that game.

After all that, 2-2 and HCA. If Cavs get by this series, the rest of the playoffs (East) will be different. The defense played by the rest of the teams (sans Boston, but they can’t score enough) will give the Cavs a better chance, as they are built to outscore, not grind.

Take what you can get and be happy you're not down 3-1 (referring to the team, not you), which could easily be the case. This series is showing these are two evenly matched teams and Indiana isn't afraid of the Cavs.

They could also easily be up 3-1 to be fair.  The series is leaving a bad taste in my mouth for the following reasons:

-Didn't factor in Love turning into an absolute piece of shit for the playoffs.

-I factored in the Cavs defense being trash, but did not imagine their offense would be this cold.  Where the fuck did it go?  I understand Indiana plays good defense, but even when the Cavs have wide open looks they miss.

-Lue can go fuck himself for many things. No sense in typing why he has been complete trash this series, it would take too long.

-Whenever the Cavs are about to break a game wide open they fuck around and let Indiana back into it.

-Did I say lue can go fuck himself?

I tend to agree with laley's post regarding this matchup, but I didn't expect this series to be THIS much of a struggle.  Hopefully laley is right, the cavs survive, and their offense comes alive.  The only redeeming quality of this first round is every other series in the East (sans miami/philly) has been a struggle as well.   I didn't realize the next game is Wed.  Hopefully having two days off and reclaiming HCA will revive this offense.  They are due, aren't they?!?

Lue is just SMH material the entire game. No adjustments to the 2nd half what so ever, not getting Clarkson more burn, not getting Cedi any burn while Green is out there...doing god knows what. Just terrible.

Game 5, I feel is a must win. I do not know if the Cavs can win 2 in a row in game 6 and 7

The East looks as bad as ever

I think Mike Brown could have managed that 2nd half (especially the 3rd quarter) better than Lue.

Agreed. I'm listening to an NBA Podcast and just got reminded how Hedo Turkolou and Rashard Lewis got busted for HGH following 2009. Pissed me off and felt anyone in this thread needed to be pissed of as well.

And they could have easily swept.

Why are we doing this again?

Speaking of turkish players, it has been a pleasure watching our turkish rookie contribute to this series.

Why? They blew leads in the last two games and almost blew one in game 2.

If you have watched the Cavs the last 4 years, you would know a lot of their playoff wins have gone this way.  Using this logic, you could say the Cavs easily could have been swept last year in the first round too.

I’m actually gonna credit Lue for his defense of Oladipo since game 2, to start the games. However, he cannot figure out how to actually make adjustments off his initial adjustment. The doubling of him up top was a good move. The sagging off him with the double last game was a good move. But once the Pacers figure out these things, Cavs have no backup plan.

And his rotations are just mind boggling. I honestly can’t figure out why Cedi, who is athletic, has size, ball handling ability and is a solid defender can’t eat a chance. Green is athletic...and? A good defender 1/5 trips??

Thanks to JR, who is doing a pretty damn good job 1-1 with Victor, it has masked Lues inability to figure out a way to get the ball out of his hands, without leaving a shooter wide open.
