posted by Commander of AwesomeMy point then, and still is, as an offensive weapon Barkley is great. As a RB, he leaves a lot to be desired. His vision, and decision making are suspect at best. He's the ultimate 19 carries for 19 yds, 20 carriers for 100 type of player. If you value consistent yardage and reliability (as I do) he's not a great RB. If you value explosive plays he's great. He lacks discipline as a runner, and needs to get open in space to make anyone miss. Chubb makes dudes look like idiots at the LOS.
As for S&L saying his offense/line/blah blah is bad, I would add in Browns offense and oline isn't any better. In many ways it's worse. Let's take a look at the Giants Oline:
Both tackles are better than the browns tackles. `Advantage: NY Giants
WR: OBJ, nuff said. Add in Shepard. Advantage NY Giants, lol not close.
TE: Evan Engram v Njoku. Advantage NY Giants, no close.
QB: HoF QB vs rookie in Baker Mayfield. Advantage, debatable. I'd rather have Baker Mayfield at this point, but still a rookie with ups and downs.
RB: 2nd overall pick, deemed a "generational talent". lol Have to think advantage goes Giants here
Bottom line, Chubb is the better RB in a worse situation. lolfail Giants
a bit dramatic in that Barkley has yet to even have 19 rush attempts in any one game
