Michael Thomas.
Got it. That guy used to be so good but I haven't heard his name much lately.
Can't stay on the field and has some slight legal issues currently. He will be had for cheap.

I'm very happy with what the Jets did, it gives them a ton of flexibility going into the draft. Still injury/durability concerns, but at this point they only need to draft for depth.
Hope the bengals improve their trenches with first two picks. They also got an extra third round pick from Jessie Bates leaving to Atlanta last year. That pick was suppose to be a 6th rounder but the league determined it was actually to be a 3rd.
But ask me again after training camp. Maybe Burrow can get through it healthy and ready for the reason for a change.
Are the Bengals going to sign Becton? I saw he was visiting them but haven’t heard anything else.

He visited last week and nothing materialized. They signed Trent Brown from the Patriots the other day so maybe not now.

For the Browns, it's just a matter of getting back to healthy. They brought back a lot of the guys they had from last year. The linebacker additions (Hicks/Bush) I'm "meh" on. Jerry Jeudy has upside but he's been an underperformer. Perhaps due to crappy QB's.
One thing I can say is that they are DEEP so those whining about the lost draft picks due to the Watson trade can simmer down. They are in a position to draft BPA instead of for need.
If the Browns stayed healthy with Watson, Chubb and the three offensive tackles not getting inured they likely would've played deep into the playoffs.
The X Factor will be whether Watson can return healthy from this injury, which I'm not sold on. One could argue as to who the 3rd best QB is in the division between him and Russ and a lot would likely take Carlton Banks (Russ).
There is still a lot of optimism amongst fans for the coming year. I'm skeptical and could see them taking a step back. Culture is key for sustained success.
Thoughts on how the new kickoffs will look this season?

Honestly seems like more will get taken to the house with the entire team starting up close. Find a hole, break a tackle, and the swarm of defenders will be further behind the play than normal.

Which makes Berry look like a genius for picking up Hines in FA.

Now, to do something a bit more equitable with overtime.

Don’t like it and see zero need.
Eliminate interception returns and passes over the middle too. Safety first
Jets trade for Haason Reddick. Not bad.
Vikings suspsend their offensive coordinator starting today for three weeks for a DWI arrest back in December. A three week suspension, conveniently in April after free agency but before the draft. How strict of them.

That'll show him.
I am getting more and more convinced that Mahomes did a Faustian deal with the devil to have the success he's having, with the exception that instead of selling his soul for the success, he just decided to go for a huge trade-off in so many other things off of the field.
In return for being the best QB in the game and the potential for a career that, if it continues as it has been going, could result in GOAT status, you'll be surrounded by stuff like...
1. Your brother is America's biggest tool and is universally mocked by sports fans. Also, the occasional court hearing based on him being a creepy douche to women in restaurants.
2. While not at his level, your wife will have just enough annoying stunts of her own to create a narrative of "How can Pat seem so chill when he's got a wife and brother like those two?"
3. Your head coach's son, who also was a coach on your team: Drunk driving accident that seriously injures a child.
4. One of your best WRs seems to have recently played a huge role in a multiple-fatality multiple-car accident caused by leasing really expensive vehicles and racing them. And then leaving the scene on foot.
And I'm sure I'm not thinking of any number of other WTF shit that's gone on in Kansas City Land during his excellent career there. All because he made a deal with Satan to be awesome at the sport and get a million endorsements.
