Aaron Donald retires.
Wow.
And Pitts send Kenny packing.
Kenny preferred to move on? Wow

I'm sure he probably wanted to play in a real offense. But I saw enough of him last year to know his ceiling is probably meh backup.
What's funny is an article a week or two ago said the new coaches at PIT were getting upset over the criticisms of Pickett. I guess they had prop up his trade value.
Just the idea of preferring to move on says to me that he didn’t really want the competition or someone looking over his shoulder.
Now he’s a good back up

This also spells entitlement
So Russ is the only QB on the roster. Now what? Address in the draft?
I bet Pickett gets hurt the first time they run the brotherly shove

Fields 😁

The trade value for Fields is plummeting by the day. Tannenhill has been rumored even before signing Wilson as he had a couple of good years with the new OC in TEN.
I wouldn’t have an issue bringing Fields on if I was a team in QB limbo. Let’s see how he looks away from the worst team in the league.

I think he may breakout if he gets moved
Jets have done enough to the OL this week that they can draft a WR at 10, or trade down and recoup a 2nd rounder and still get someone decent. I'm pretty happy.

Wouldn't doubt this but laughing that the Steelers are now the new (old) Browns with their dysfunction.
Drafting a local Pitt QB to make up for their whiff on Marino then jettisoning him in short order.

You wearing your Watson jersey round town?

The move's not looking great but still TBD. I like where the Browns are sitting a lot more right now than Pittsburgh. The Steelers' drafting, which has typically been their strength, has been pretty miserable as of late.

That’s a spicy take, but I disagree.
The Broncos are the new Browns by a long shot.

You might be right on Denver.
Within the division, I'd still say it's Pittsburgh and don't take that as "the Browns are the best" as I don't think that at all. Browns might have the best roster, on paper, but always seem to find a way to muck it up. Nowhere near sold that Watson comes back healthy and the Winston signing kind of shows me Watson has a fragile/beta psyche.
If China Doll Joe comes back healthy I think Cincy will bounce back. Baltimore has lost a ton off their roster and I'm just scratching my head over some of the stuff Pittsburgh's doing. I laughed when their first signing after Wilson was a punter. My view on this can change if they can somehow nab Justin Fields. He could be lethal with some kind of support.

Oh I thought you were talking QB comedy. I know the Browns have 5 wins more talent than the Steelers. You have the best coach, assistants, best defensive players and pro bowl players all over the field and keep adding. Looks like a 13-4 team to me. I’d be surprised if any starting QB in the NFL couldn’t get to 11 wins with your roster and staff. I feel the Browns are a 10+ win team with a practice squad QB. Super Bowl time it looks to me.
