Lead-off walk to Eaton doesn't allow pitching around Rendon, who doubles, then does walk Soto, but Kendrick hits a fastball for a grand slam!

I think that Joe Kelly was left in for FAR too long. Dude's a mediocre at best pitcher and you're in a must-win game that's gone into extra innings. How the hell do you refuse to take him out during his second inning even after he's given up multiple baserunners? Don't you need some semblance of intelligent strategy to be employed at this level, lol?

He was, but if memory serves, he redeemed himself in their last WS run.

Taking out Cole would be a fireable offense if they blew it.

He’s the best pitcher on the planet right now. Bring in someone that may or may not be ready for the moment. DGAF about pitch count and neither does Cole

Ok, 2 runs later I’m now on board with pulling Cole

Sanchez 5.1 innings into a no-hitter and Arozarena sticks his elbow into the pitch and uses his body armor for a deflector for an ill gotten HBP!  And Sanchez gets the next two hitters to continue the no-hitter thru six having 75 pitches.
