What was the last movie you watched?

Blood In Blood Out -- 8/10 -- It's a bit long at 3 hours, 10 minutes. But really good, especially the jail stuff where the main character goes from a young prison bitch in the making to essentially running the show as a big man in the Latin gang.

New on Netflix: Tremors: Shrieker Island

Basically like the last 3-4 movies in the franchise: 4/10, but fun if you're in the right mood.

I've been building a collection of gangster/mob/crime type movies, so I bought the DVD via Amazon.

Owning Mahoney. Philip Seymour Hoffman's best role - and that's saying something. Greatest addiction movie by 100 miles. That dude was a first-rate talent.

Ugh, this is what I didn’t want to hear lol. 

Tenet. Awesome. Plot was fairly straightforward, but the time shifts and inverted stuff was hard to follow. But didn’t take away from the plot.

I loved Tenet. Similarly to Inception you REALLY had to be paying attention to be able to follow along due to the time shifting/travel.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) - 9/10

Spotlight. 9.5/10. We really need another great journalism movie. Can’t believe this was 5 years ago.
