I just signed up for CBS All Access just to watch Star Trek: Discovery. I would say so far its better than the Original Series, probably better than The Next Generation, but not as good as Enterprise.  I would say quality of storyline wise it is somewhere TNG and Voyager. It definitely tries to fit in the storyline between Enterprise and the original series. It takes until nearly the end of the first season to answer the question "wait, they had BETTER technology than the original series did many years later?"

You will get what I mean if you watch it.

Definitely worth watching, solid 7/10 first season (I am 1 episode away from finishing season 1, season 2 starts Thursday).

Terrible idea to have this only on All Access. The SFX are on par with anything on TV and I believe it would have done well.

I'm going to watch True Detective later today.

I'm halfway done with Bodyguard on Netflix. It's good.

I watched about 3/4 of the Bodyguard season 1 (don't know if there is a season 2). I liked it, just kind of forgot to keep watching it when I got on another "The Office" binge. In season 8 of the 10 on The Office now.

True Detective was very solid first 2 episode premiere. Loved it.

Season 3 is on my list.  Good?  How does it compare to Seasons 1 and 2?

I liked it. At this point it's taken me so long to watch all three seasons I don't know that I can actually compare/rank them.

Well, I'd really like you to try a little harder.

Ok I'll rank them 2, 1, 3 in no particular order.

Fyre Fraud on Hulu was an entertaining and interesting documentary. I guess I could have put it in the movie thread, but it's too late.

See, that didn't take a lot of effort.

Playing Parks & Rec trivia tonight at Listernmann Brewing Co. Our team has a 1st and 3rd place finish under our belts. Hopefully we can win another one tonight.

Good luck! Our Wednesday night trivia has a theme the first week of every month and I'm waiting for it to be Parks and Rec or the Office. I don't know anything about either one, but my teammates do, lol. He normally doesn't tell us the theme until the week prior, but he's already said that April is Game of Thrones.... which I also do not watch. I'll be there for moral support and free drinks if we win.

I just finished watching "You" last night. It was very impressive. The ending made me excited for a 2nd season.

Oh, an office trivia would be fun.

We were tied for 3rd (out of 27 teams) at the end of regulation, but lost the tie breaker question so we didn't end up with a gift card.
